Oh no… Martha Stewart pole dancing?

I’m really not sure how many calories you could possibly burn from these pole dancing techniques, but in this video, Martha Stewart and her guests do some pole dancing exercises. It’s weird to see Martha legitamize the pole. But for exercise reasons only right?
