I’ve witnessed numerous times when traffic has haulted, and strangely when traffic resumes at a normal pace many frustrations later, you see nothing! You’re thinking ‘Come on! At least give me something! Maybe some mangled car or traffic ticket being issued!?’ Well, this video from Nagoya, Japan may put some minds at ease as to why we have retarded fluctuations in traffic.
