I&#8217;ve witnessed numerous times when traffic has haulted, and strangely when traffic resumes at a normal pace many frustrations later, you see nothing! You&#8217;re thinking &#8216;<em>Come on! At least give me something! Maybe some mangled car or traffic ticket being issued!?&#8217;</em> Well, this video from Nagoya, Japan may put some minds at ease as to why we have retarded fluctuations in traffic. Yes &#8211; blame it on the bad drivers for the most part.</p>
